I am excited to join the Hardy Diagnostics team and really look forward to meeting all the scientists in my region. I will really enjoy learning about each laboratory; their focus, needs, challenges, etc.

I earned a bachelor in Chemistry, a bachelor in Biology and then completed my Medical Technology education (MT, ASCP). With over 25 years of experience, I have accumulated a wide variety of experience spanning clinical microbiology/immunology, pharmaceutical microbiology (aseptic to oral dosage form support), laboratory or group management, basic protein research, and sales/customer service roles. I loved the learning required for each position, and believe it has built a creative problem solving mind-set within me.

My major goal will be to continue the excellent "Hardy customer service" and product delivery that I valued so much as a user, by being a frontline example. In addition, we will strive to work together with each laboratory to identify solutions that will improve the everyday workflow or overcome the occasional obstacle.

On a personal note, I am grateful to spend time with many great friends and family. I enjoy a new adventure, or being outside to do almost anything; walking, hiking, jogging, biking, observing wildlife, skiing, dirt biking, snorkeling, reading, photography (especially macro) and a new one, bouldering with my son.
